Whistleblowing

The European Whistleblower Directive

On December 17th, 2021, the European Whistleblower Directive went live. This directive aims to facilitate reporting of malpractice (fraud, money laundering, environmental crime, ...) and to protect the whistleblower from retaliation.

Since Unifiedpost is committed to the highest standards of openness, integrity and accountability, we have created an environment which allows its employees and external stakeholders to address misconduct.

To secure this we have created various means of reporting. This is further detailed in our Whistleblowing Policy:

1. We have set-up an internal whistleblowing tool specifically designed to report any (suspected) wrongdoing. You can access this tool here: https://unifiedpost.integrity.complylog.com;

2. Secondly, you have the option to report directly to your national regulatory authority;

3. As a third option, you may opt for a public disclosure to the press or via social media.

All whistleblowing reports can be done in complete anonymity, when preferred.

Any whistleblower report will be investigated by our independent and impartial Group Compliance Office in full confidentiality. All your personal data, as well as personal data from any third parties involved, will be protected at all times, following the strict requirements of the GDPR. We also refer to our Privacy Notice in this respect.

We thank you for contributing to one of our company values 'Build Trust'.
